The Hollywood actor has agreed to make a deal with the victims who accused him of sexual abuse: this is a hefty figure!

Sarah Tither-Kaplan and Toni Gaal, who attended Franco’s Studio 4 acting school, which is no longer working, sued the Los Angeles star in October 2019. They stated that the actor had “sexually charged behavior towards his female students”. Franco’s lawyers characterized their claims as false, deliberately potentiated, but they no doubt had their hands full. So, the actor allegedly abused his position, emphasizing that he could give them a chance to get a role in his film ...

Mostly female students claim that they were victims of fraud because they paid for school, and in return were treated as sexual objects and harassed. It was written in the media that there was a lot happening in Franco's school, and once when oral sex had to be faked, Franco took off his condom.

In February, it was reported that the star had reached an agreement with the two students, but the details were not made public until Wednesday.

According to a court report, their settlement now goes before a judge who must give his blessing, and if he does, Tither-Kaplan will receive $ 670,500 and Gaal $ 223,500. The remaining $ 1,341,000 will be shared among the other female students who participated in this lawsuit, who remained anonymous. Also, if the settlement becomes final, the conflicting parties will issue a joint statement assuring Franco that he can continue to deny the allegations.

More precisely, the statement, reports Variety, reads:

"Although the defendant denies the prosecutor's allegations, he admits that they highlight important issues, and both sides agree that now is the time to focus and start addressing the issue of abuse of women in Hollywood. Everyone agrees that no one in the entertainment industry should be exposed to abuse and discrimination, regardless of gender, religion, race, sexual orientation, or disability. "
