The star of romantic comedies Hugh Grant is selling his luxury penthouse, the new owner will have to set aside "only" 8 million pounds for it
Hugh Grant is selling a luxury apartment in central London at a price of almost eight million pounds.
A posh London penthouse owned by famed actor Hugh Grant is looking for its new owner who will have to shell out a staggering £ 7.95m for it.
The apartment in South Kensington was the actor’s home at the time he was filming the cult romantic comedy “Love Actually,” and it features three bedrooms, a private gym, and a rooftop terrace with a hot tub.
In the space of almost three thousand square meters, there is a large reception wall decorated with luxurious mirrors and glass partitions leading to the dining room and kitchen. It is located on the seventh floor of a building and has a private elevator.
Numerous world-class museums are nearby, including the Natural History and Science Museum, and the Victoria and Albert Museum.
The apartment was first on the market in 2019 at a price of 10 million pounds but failed to be sold.
