Try to follow Eva Mendes' great daily routine!

Ever since she appeared on the public stage, many have envied her appearance. At 20, she looked phenomenal, but she seems to look even better today at 46. She does not hide that she is disciplined and tries to keep a slim figure, and we found out what habits and rules she has strictly followed for years.

She starts the day with a protein meal

Eva Mendes knows very well that a meal full of protein keeps us full much longer, so she almost always eats scrambled eggs and a piece of toast for breakfast. "I noticed that I like this meal the most," she said.

She gets enough fluids

Healthy skin and good metabolism are the results of sufficient fluid intake. The actress says that she always has a bottle of water next to her. The nutritionist's recommendation is to drink at least 2 liters of fluid during the day.

She strictly sticks to a diet plan

Eva describes herself as "a habitual person" when it comes to food, and the food she likes to eat is pretty healthy. Breakfast, as we said, consists of scrambled eggs and toast. The combination of vegetables and protein is her choice for lunch and dinner. In the afternoon, she mostly eats salmon and a lot of seasonal vegetables, and in the evening she usually eats chicken, turkey, or some other meat with a low percentage of fat and also a lot of vegetables. "I really enjoy healthy food, so it's not hard for me to eat a balanced diet," she says.

But also treats herself sometimes

She admits that she is not a supporter of strict diets, so when she feels the need for something sweet, she takes it. “It’s important to listen to the body,” she says.

She visits the gym 2 to 3 times a week

Eva exercises at least 2 times a week. Her training lasts mostly about 45 minutes and consists of a cardio program combined with strength exercises.
