We remember Nicholas Brendon as a sweet guy, and today he shocks and intimidates everyone with his strange appearance and behavior!
Nicholas Brendon was arrested for misrepresentation and fraud thus continuing a series of his problems with the law.
"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Criminal Minds" star Nicholas Brendon has been arrested on charges of fraud and buying prescription drugs under a false identity in Indiana, the media reported.
Police arrested Nicholas after observing him for some time in a reckless and dangerous car ride. The police officer who stopped him said the actor was visibly upset and nervous, sweating a lot and his pulse was rapid. He also gave them a fake ID with the name Kelton Schultz.
After airing the document, the police discovered that the only correct thing was the date of birth on it, and in a previous file, they found a note about violent behavior. When they searched the car a plastic bag turned up with remnants of crystal powder and a bottle of tablets. As a result, a police dog for drug detection was brought in and found several more bags with remains of identical contents as the first one.
When asked why he introduced himself with a fake name, he first replied that Schultz was his twin brother, and then admitted what his real name was.
Nicholas was previously sentenced to a suspended three-year sentence in February 2020, after pleading guilty to the 2017 attack on a girl at a hotel in Palm Springs.
In 2010, he was arrested under the influence of alcohol for misconduct, and then charged with resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer, and vandalism. He did not dispute the charges, so he received a one-year suspended prison sentence and applied to the Malibu Addiction Treatment Center.
However, new problems emerged in 2014 when he was arrested for allegedly breaking into a hotel room in Idaho. A year later he was arrested again for the same reason, but this time in Florida, and was soon charged with assaulting a woman in a hotel room in upstate New York. He was then charged with third-degree robbery, criminal misconduct, according to NBC News.
He then appeared on the television show "Dr. Phil" in which he spoke openly about the problems of addiction and depression.
Nicholas became famous for his role as Xander Harris in all 145 episodes of the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" series, which aired from 1997 to 2003, and last appeared on TV screens in 2016 in the sitcom "Faking It."
