The most delicious cherry chocolate cake

The preparation is really not complicated, and you have the ingredients at home. Chocolate cake with cherries is great for all kinds of celebrations.
Ingredients:
For crust:
- 3 eggs
- 5 spoons of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 5 spoons of milk
- 5 spoons of flour
- 5 spoons of cocoa
- 1 baking powder
For filling:
- 500 ml of water
- 150 g of sugar
- 2 chocolate puddings
- 100 g of chocolate
- 500 g of cleaned cherries
For topping:
- 250 ml of sweet cream
- 100 g of chocolate

Preparation:
Mix water (400 ml) and sugar and boil. Mix the remaining water (100 ml) with the pudding, then add the mixture to the sugar water and mix until it thickens. Cover, and let it cool. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites, then beat the egg whites with sugar, oil, milk, flour, cocoa, and baking powder. In the end, stir in the beaten egg whites and gently combine the mixture. Coat a 20x35 cm baking sheet with oil and sprinkle with flour, then pour half of the mixture. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and spread the cherries on top. Then grate the chocolate on top and cover it with the lukewarm pudding filling. Pour the second half of the dough and bake at 300°C until done. Melt the chocolate with the sweet cream and pour the glaze over the cooled cake.
