Impure skin is something that drives every woman crazy, and we are not even aware that the things we do every day affect the appearance of pimples.
You are probably often wondering what you are doing wrong when your face is like a teenager's. You take care of facial hygiene, go to the beautician regularly, and use quality makeup, but the pimples are still there.
Persistent acne will not only appear and disappear but will alternately change in dominance on a certain part of the face. They will not always be at the same point, but they can be concentrated on one part. Sometimes it's pimples on the chin, and sometimes on the cheeks. Unfortunately, the cause often lies in typical everyday habits. So keep these four things in mind in the future.
1. A cell phone is a trap
Are you constantly on the phone and talking to co-workers, friends, or loved ones? In that case, you should not be surprised if the skin goes on strike. Countless germs and bacteria accumulate on headphones and screens over time, which can lead to contamination in constant contact with the skin. Therefore, now more than ever, disinfect your equipment regularly!
2. Wrong beauty routine
Those who have oily skin, and thus acne, often believe in one big misconception. Namely, they try to return the skin to balance with products that dry out, but this has exactly the opposite effect. The skin even reacts to dehydration by increasing the production of fat and thus encourages the development of pimples. Acne, in particular, requires great care in order for the "treatment" to progress and to prevent the formation of scars. Therefore, it is best to use mild products.
3. Hygiene when applying makeup
Do you remember the last time you cleaned makeup sponges, brushes, and blenders? If it's been more than a week or two, blackheads and redness shouldn't surprise you. The same goes for towels and pillows: anything that comes in contact with your facial skin collects bacteria and fungal spores over time. You can clean sponges and brushes with a gentle shampoo or face wash gel. It just needs to foam, then wash and leave to dry.
4. Are you aware of how many times you touch your face with your hands?
Try to observe yourself closely at zoom meetings, you will be shocked at how often you keep your hands on your face. We absently scratch our foreheads, support our heads in front of the computer, or massage and rub our eyes and forehead: with every touch, we transfer debris, bacteria, and dirt from our fingers to sensitive facial skin and risk contamination and infections. So quit that habit right now.
