Kim Kardashian in one of the last photos posted on Instagram sparked rumors that she removed fillers from her buttocks.
She posed without makeup, tied her hair in a ponytail, and wore leggings and a sports bra. She held her son Psalm in her arms and wrote in the description of the photo that she had never seen such love before. But her companions were distracted by her background.
“I swear her butt didn’t look like that before,” one of Kardashian’s followers wrote in comments.

A plastic surgeon from London for OK! magazine commented on the speculation and said "something has been removed".
"The main difference from her previous photos is the gap at the top of her buttocks. She either took out the fillers or was on liposuction," he said.
