Britney Spears made a number of accusations against her father: 'It's not abuse, it's f ***ing cruelty'

Singer  Britney Spears, 39, testified again in a Los Angeles court, where she said she wanted her father charged with abuse of “custody authority”.

Addressing the court for the second time in less than a month, Spears once again demanded that Jamie Spears be removed from a legal agreement that has controlled most of her life for more than 13 years.

Giving evidence over the phone, while supporters of the #FreeBritney movement protested outside the hearing, the star initially said she wanted the courtroom cleared before she changed her mind and said she would speak publicly.

She cited a number of complaints, such as those that her hair vitamins and coffee were taken. "Ma'am, it's not abuse, it's just f***ing cruelty," she said through the tears of the judges and Branda Penny. "Sorry for my language, but it's true."

After a brief hiatus to regain her composure, the 39-year-old Spears requested that her father be removed from the complex legal deal and charged with "abuse of custody".

The singer said she wants custody to be terminated without the need for a medical assessment, but she has made it clear that her top priority is to remove her father from his role. She said she would be happy to allow Jodi Montgomery, another caregiver, to remain in the meantime.

"My father needs to be removed today and I'll be happy for Jodi to help me," the star said.

Britney has so far been represented by Samuel Ingham III, but the singer wants her lawyer to be Matthew Rosengart
