Chicken gnocchi in white wine
You won't be able to resist them
We all love quick recipes, especially when they involve delicious dishes. You will only need about 15 minutes to prepare them, and anyone who tries them will ask for the recipe. Gnocchi with chicken in white wine is perfect for dinner, even a romantic one, although we are pretty sure that no one would object to having them for lunch.
- 400 g of gnocchi
- 250 g of chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- 100 ml of white wine
- 80 g of cheese
- salt, pepper

Preparation:
Put the gnocchi to cook in water with a little salt. Finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them until translucent. After that, add the diced chicken, then fry everything together until the meat is golden brown. Pour in the white wine and stir until all the liquid has evaporated. Then pour over the cooking cream and season to taste, then mix everything well and let it simmer for a few minutes. When the gnocchi are cooked, strain them and add them to the cream sauce. Mix everything well and add the grated cheese on top. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
