Easy stuffed & baked peaches recipe

There are many ways to use peaches in the preparation of summer cakes, and usually, they are part of recipes for homemade ice cream, creamy desserts, and biscuit-based cakes. However, stuffed peaches are perhaps an even nicer way to sweeten and refresh yourself during the summer, and their preparation is very simple! All that is required is to prepare a quality filling and a great taste is guaranteed.
Ingredients:
- 6 large peaches
- 100 grams of ground walnuts
- 3 spoons of ground biscuits
- 1 spoon of honey
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- two tablespoons of walnuts
- 3 tablespoons of white wine
- grated zest of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 50 grams of butter
- whipped cream

Preparation
Choose the biggest peaches you can find, and some of the hardest ones. Wash them well, then carefully cut them in half. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter, then add three tablespoons of white wine. Arrange the peach halves on top, with the insides facing up.
For the filling, mix ground walnuts and ground biscuit with honey, then add grated lemon peel, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. After you get a thick mixture, add more walnuts, but be careful not to overdo it. Fill the peaches with filling, then bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 400 degrees. When it cools down, put whipped cream on top.
