Here's how to make a delicious vegetable soup.
The soups are delicious and healthy, and in the spring and summer, you have a lot of vegetables that you can use. Light and tasty, it is ideal for summer lunch when it is very hot outside. Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- 2 young onions
- 3 young garlic
- 2 zucchini
- 1 tomato
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- 120 g sour cream

Preparation:
- Grate the carrot, then fry it for 2 minutes and add salt.
- Add finely chopped onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Then add the zucchini cut into cubes and leave for 5 minutes.
- Pour the broth and cook for another 5 minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes.
- Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Finally, add the spice and pepper.
- Allow the soup to cool for 5 minutes.
- Add sour cream, first add a little soup to it, mix well and add to the soup.
