CHOCOLADE MIRACLE INGREDIENTS
Biscuit:
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons plain flour
- half a baking powder
- 100 g of cooking chocolate
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g butter
Cream:
- 500 ml of sweet cream
- 200 g of cooking chocolate
PREPARATION:
- Slice the butter and chocolate, place them in a bowl and melt on a steamer.
- Separate the egg whites and yolks. In a deep bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the melted butter and chocolate, mix, then sift and add the flour mixed with the baking powder.
- In another bowl, make egg whites and carefully mix it into the chocolate mixture with a spatula.
- Pour the prepared mixture into a baking tray of your choice lined with baking paper, then place the oven in a preheated oven at 180 ° and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Make chocolate ganache cream: chop the chocolate finely and heat the sweet cream to boiling point. Pour the heated sweet cream over the chocolate and mix well.
- Prick the baked base with a fork and pour over the warm ganache cream (which will be quite liquid). Allow to cool to room temperature and then cool the cake well in the fridge and only then remove the hoop if you baked it like a cake. Serve sliced or diced.
