Ingredients:
- a packing of puff pastry
- four granny smith apples
- 200 g of sugar
- 150 g of raisins
- Egg
- 60 ml of milk
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
Preparation:
Thaw the puff pastry. Peel an apple and cut it into cubes, add sugar and raisins, and leave it to rest for a while.
Rool out the puff pastry then spread the mixture with the apples along the entire length. Fold the edges so that you form a roller shape. Whisk the egg and milk, then coat the pie.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Leave the pie to cool a bit, cut it and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
