Recipe 1 - strawberry shake
Ingredients:
Almond Milk
Ice
Strawberries
Protein Powder
Frozen Strawberries
Oats
Greek Yogurt
Put all the listed ingredients in a blender and mix until combined.

1 frozen banana
A few pineapple slices
1 tablespoon coconut flour
Preparation is as with the previous two shakes, simply put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until combined.
