Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Kate Beckinsale did not see her daughter for two years
A full two years have passed since the last live meeting of mother and daughter, famous Hollywood actress Kate Beckinsale and her daughter Lily Sheen, and now they are finally together again.
Kate Beckinsale photographed at New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport this weekend, dressed from head to toe in a black blazer, white heels, black pants with a black and white striped top. Hair raised in a high ponytail and with trendy sunglasses on her face, the 47-year-old headed to the plane’s arrival terminals, eagerly awaiting the moment when she will finally see her daughter, 22-year-old Lily Sheen.
The mother and daughter were separated for a full two years due to a coronavirus pandemic, but there were no excessive emotions during the meeting between the two. Lily Sheen arrived dressed in a cropped T-shirt and baggy jeans, accompanied by her boyfriend David Schechter .
Had she not given a statement earlier that day in which she said that because of the coronavirus pandemic she had not seen her daughter for two years, it would have seemed as if they had separated - yesterday.
'I haven't seen my daughter for two years because of the whole situation, and I was filming something in Canada, where she couldn't visit me,' said the actress, who had her daughter with her ex-husband Michael Sheen. They have maintained contact for the last two years through video calls.
