How to prepare skin for the summer?

After months of low temperatures and dry indoor air, winter has left us, leaving behind dry, itchy skin. The point is that while we are more than ready to run into a sunny spring, our skin needs a little more time to adjust.

The first step on the path to radiant skin begins with removing the dead layer of skin from the winter. Although skin cells are constantly regenerating, heavy winter creams may have prevented dead skin from peeling effectively. The best way to exfoliate the skin is a hot bath and exfoliating the whole body with a strong but gentle exfoliation. Cleanses the whole body, especially those areas that are prone to rough skin - knees, elbows, feet, arms and back.

Remember that most body scrubs are too harsh to use on the face.  So turn to ingredients specific to exfoliating the face and softer skin. After exfoliation, always apply a moisturizer to nourish your fresh skin.

Hydration is the key to healthy skincare

Does drinking more water seem to be the foundation of every diet, training and skincare routine? Yes! This is because it really works wonders for your body. Your organs need hydration to function, and the skin is the largest organ of your body. The more water you drink, the easier it will be to prevent your skin from drying out. Water not only improves the overall elasticity of your skin but also gives it a hydrated look and fullness.

Clean makeup brushes

As you tidy up your home and closets every spring, don’t forget to pay attention to your beauty products. Makeup brushes and sponges can accumulate a huge amount of hard-to-spot dirt and bacteria, and each use causes germs on your face. Gently wash your brushes with a natural cleanser, such as mild soap, and then leave them to dry for 24 hours.
