Because of such messages, she asked for police protection for her family after the persecutor sent her more than 30 insulting letters in which they threatened her and her boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
The persecutor allegedly sent threatening letters to the Kardashian in which he claimed that he would drop a bomb on her business premises. “Pete must die this weekend, and you will die next weekend” - was written in one of the 30 letters that allegedly arrived at Kim's address. In the legal documents obtained by "The Blast", Kim also mentioned that she received disturbing sexual threats from a man unknown to the public, and that is why she submitted a request for a ban on approaching.
What scares her even more is that she never saw him or communicated with him, and he managed to get to her home address. “There is absolutely no reason or legitimate purpose to contact me. In several letters, he threatened to kill me. He made numerous false and horrible claims about me and my intimate relationships. He also made disturbing sexual references about me in his letters”, Kim said, adding:
“On April 25, 2022, a written bomb threat was sent to my business premises. I was informed that my private security analyzed the written bomb threat and found similarities between the threat and previous letters. I have suffered and am suffering a severe emotional crisis. I fear for my own safety, I fear for the safety of those close to me, my family, and others in my workplace.”
The reality star believes that the ban on approaching will not be enough to stop the man who is threatening her, and she thinks that he will try to hurt her. “I am worried about the ban on approaching, he will continue to send his threats and will try to physically hurt or even kill me.”
The persecutor threatened the Kardashian that she and her boyfriend were on the list for the attack and that "he must die soon". One of the intimidating letters reads: “Due to your last procedure, I put you on my "hit list". If I ever see you in New York or your boyfriend in Los Angeles, I'll do it that day."
A judge in Los Angeles ordered the adoption of a temporary measure of access ban, which will prevent a man from contacting Kim or Pete in any way or from coming 50 meters to her or her house, and a hearing for a longer ban on access is scheduled for June 13.
