Millie Bobby Brown on growing up in the public eye
Her biography has been marked by numerous difficult moments, so her life story is both difficult and incredible.
The famous series Stranger things recently started broadcasting new episodes and very quickly dropped the second season of Bridgerton from the first place of the most-watched Netflix series.
One of the members of this unrealistic acting team is Millie Bobby Brown, and her path to a successful career at a very young age was perhaps too difficult and full of pressure. She had her first role at the age of nine, while at the age of 12 she shaved her head for the purpose of filming.
“I am only 17 years old, but in the end, I am learning to be a woman. I'm learning to be a young woman. And when you're very young, people watch you grow up, don't they? Somehow they become part of your upbringing. And they are not ready to accept the fact that you are becoming an adult” - she said last year.

Millie had to become an adult actress too soon, she did not have a childhood and she often encountered condemnation and bad comments precisely because of her age and the burden of fame she carries. “I wear a crop top, and people say: ‘She is only 10 years old’. I answer: ‘No, I am 17 years old’. I either wear heels or wear adult clothes at the awards ceremony, and there are comments: ‘She looks like she's 50 years old.’ No, I don't look like that, but you've been watching me since I was 10. That's why you think like that” - Millie pointed out.
This young actress has had problems since early childhood. Namely, she was born with a hearing impairment and later completely lost it, but over time she learned to live with it. Her parents moved in with her to take her to auditions and classes. In Los Angeles, she got the role of Alice in the realization of Alice in Wonderland. Her parents were very upset when she shaved her head for the role of the famous Eleven. “The day I shaved my head was the strongest moment of my life. When I looked in the mirror, I realized that I had one task: to inspire others. It was so empowering. You don't need hair to be beautiful. And I realized that then” - said Millie.
Her family was very poor, so they went bankrupt at one point, but Millie's big earnings from the series helped them a lot. She was only 12 years old when the mentioned series won the SAG award in the category of the best drama in 2017. She has been nominated twice for this recognition as well as for the Emmy Award.
