NEW: How does it look morning banana diet?

The Japanese morning banana diet has become so popular that at one point there was a shortage of this fruit in Japan, and the popularity is not surprising given that there are no special restrictions on it.

All those who are struggling with excess weight know that it is not a problem to decide to go on a diet, or even go with it, how much the problem is to be persistent, and most often because of strict restrictive rules about what is allowed and what is strictly forbidden to eat. If you are denied such a rule by giving a diet a chance, maybe the morning banana diet is the right one for you.

It was created completely by accident, and when it was designed in 2008, at one point it became so popular that Japan faced a shortage of bananas. This is honestly not surprising given that this is a diet plan that can help you lose a significant number of pounds without making too many changes to your regular diet. In fact, the diet is so easy to keep. Those who designed this diet guarantee losing up to 6 kilograms in a week, without exercising, with eating almost everything you normally eat. So here's what the rules say!

Breakfast

You should start the day with a glass of water on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up. Drink a whole glass of water and have one banana for breakfast. You can eat more, but don't overeat. If you still feel hungry, you can eat something with less than 200 calories after a banana, about 15 to 20 minutes later.

Lunch and dinner

The last meal of the day should not be eaten after 8 p.m. Although it is advisable to eat it until 6 pm, you may need some time to get used. There are no restrictions on the type and amount of food you eat, but it is recommended to avoid fried and unhealthy foods to lose as much weight as possible. It is also recommended to avoid desserts after meals. What is important is to be able to recognize the moment when you have eaten enough, without overeating, so it is recommended to stop eating when the satiety is at about 80% .

Drink plenty of water

The only beverage that is allowed to drink is water. Drink plenty of water, at room temperature and in small sips.

Snacks

The afternoon snack may include a cookie or a piece of chocolate, until 3 pm, but not after that. If you crave a salty treat, popcorn is the healthiest and most recommended option. Avoid heavy and fried foods.

Going to sleep

Try to go to bed until midnight, not after. If you can sleep earlier than that, even better. Try to keep an interval of 4 hours between the last meal and the time to go to bed.

Exercise is not necessary

The goal of this diet plan is to lose weight with a minimum of stress for your body, so if you don't exercise anyway, you don't have to start now. However, if you want to go for a walk or run or do your usual workout, feel free to do so.
