  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 500 ml of tomato juice
  • 200 ml of water
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small bunch of primrose
  • dry spice

  1. Chop the spring onions together with the green feathers. 
  2. Saute it in a pan with a little oil until it softens. 
  3. Peel a squash, grate it and add it to the onion. 
  4. Cook until completely softened, then pour in the tomato juice. 
  5. Season everything to taste, then cook until it boils. If it is too thick, add a little water to get the desired density.
  6. After that, reduce the heat and simmer for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley before serving.
