New video and premiere date for "The Walking Dead"

A new teaser for "The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live" and a teaser for the second season of the series "The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon" were presented in mid-October. Now, a new look at the long-awaited spin-off finally arrived: the one about Rick Grimes and Michonne.

The spin-off "The Ones Who Live" brings back many of our favorite characters. Here we have Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira, in an epic love story set in a very uncertain world. "Rick and Michonne are thrown into a completely different world, created by the war against the dead... and then the war against the living," is written in the description of the series. Can they (again) find themselves in a world and situations that are like never before? Are they still lovers or are they enemies? The team of the series also gave their comments in the 30 seconds of the video.

In this series, the most awaited is the return of Lincoln, who left the original "Walking Dead" in 2018 after being its main character for almost ten years. Lincoln's Rick disappeared during season nine and it was presumed that he was dead. Guri's Michonne left during season ten. Both had cameo roles in the finale of  "The Walking Dead" last year, announcing their spin-off. What exactly was going on with Rick, it looks like we're about to find out.

Lincoln and Gurira, besides being the main actors in the series, are also its executive producers along with showrunners Scott M. Gimple, Denise Huth, and Brian Bockrath. Other roles include Pollyanna McIntosh, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Terry O'Quinn, and Matthew August Jeffers.

"The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live" premieres on AMC and AMC+ on February 25, 2024, and the remaining episodes should be available once per week. Below you can recall the last teaser released in mid-October during New York Comic Con.
