To commemorate a year since the release of the Barracuda X, Razer has surprised us with the debut of the Razer Barracuda and Barracuda Pro, two headphones that preserve the same unobtrusive headband design and are stylish with an orientation not only focused on gaming, but also on daily use.
Although both models are slightly heavier than the original headphones, this weight increase is associated with a major boost in their capabilities.
For high-speed gaming performance and Bluetooth-enabled convenience with mobile phones and other smart devices, all Barracuda models include Razer HyperSpeed Wireless 2.4GHz technology and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity.
Beginning with the Razer Barracuda, these headsets feature 50mm Razer TriForce titanium drivers and THX Spatial Audio, delivering precise, powerful sound that brings movies and games to life.
The FlowKnit top headband and padding enable long-term comfort and simple access to all of the capabilities of these headphones.
The Razer Barracuda also includes Razer SmartSwitch Dual Wireless connectivity and an external noise-canceling Beamforming microphone, providing users with a versatile wireless headset that is compatible with many devices and can be used for up to 40 hours on a single charge.
The Razer Barracuda also has a 3.5mm minijack connection output, ensuring compatibility with all versions of smart devices.
The Razer Barracuda Pro, on the other hand, is outfitted with the new 50mm Razer TriForce Bio-Cellulose drivers, which produce a richer, more natural, and detailed soundscape to provide a pure and undiluted sound.
