Salma Hayek has a lot of friends, and she took time out of her busy schedule over the weekend to wish one of them a happy birthday: her dermatologist, Dr. Maurice Dray.

Many of the actress's fans reacted positively to the photo, leaving heart emojis in her comments area. Others described her as "adorable" and "flawless."
Salma and Maurice have been friends for a long time, and he is the dermatologist who is responsible for her flawless skin.
Last year, the Frida actress spoke up about her near-filler experience with Dr. Maurice.
Salma wanted to have fillers for her part in Like a Boss, which Maurice advised her about.
"I don't know if you're going to be happy because it's going to hurt extremely awful," Salma told In Style. "My buddy [dermatologist] Dr. [Maurice] Dray said, 'I don't know whether you're going to be happy because it's going to hurt super bad."
"'Well, let's give it a shot,' I responded. I quickly yelled, 'No!' as he inserted the first needle in my mouth. Forget about it! 'I'm finished!'
Salma has been accused of using Botox on several occasions, but she opts for a more natural method, relying on exercise, moisturizer, self-tanners, and facials to maintain her youthful appearance.
"In the morning, I don't wash my face with soap or cleanser," she previously told Harper's Bazaar of her beauty routine.
I use rose water first, then moisturizer, and I never wear sunscreen unless I'm going outside."
"I still haven't done any Botox, fillers, or peels," she revealed when asked about treatments. Nothing. Sometimes I feel compelled to accomplish something, but I'm not sure what."
Salma Hayek grew up in a Catholic family. Her mother is Mexican and her father is a Lebanese emigrant. Salma was sent to the boarding school “Louisiana” when she was only 12 years old, and as she was constantly causing problems there, she was quickly returned to Mexico, and then her parents sent her to her aunt in Texas, where she lived until she was 17.
