Set the golden rules in your life!

Here is a set of the golden rules for a happy and calm life. We suggest you read them because they might suit you too.

1. Never shift responsibility for what happens to you in your life on someone else

We understand that there is a constant temptation to blame another, that is perhaps the easiest way and thus justify yourself. But you will find the power when you fully accept that you are the author of all your failures and the creator of all your successes.

2. Accept the fact that you can’t change the past - it’s over

We can only influence the future, and it depends on what we do now. Don’t expect your future self to be pleading. You need to do the best you can to make your future smile.

3. Reject the illusion that you can change others

Subconsciously, we all have this naive illusion that we can change someone. As a result, we suffer because we cannot put it into action. Only circumstances can change people. Everything else is just a perception of deception. Allow others to be different, to be what they are. At some point, you might even start enjoying them.

4. People need us to be strong

No one needs you when you are weak, tired, suffering, or unhappy. If people pretend to love you when you are weak, they are just lying to you. Do not succumb to such lies. Simply agree with the absoluteness of this rule, exhale, try to cheer up.

5. All our actions have consequences

In fact, we always choose - not what we will do, but what will come out as a result of our actions. Therefore, always think about the consequences. That way there will be fewer stupid things happening in your life.

6. Do what really matters to you

If you’re wondering what the meaning of life is, you’re probably a little depressed. What matters most is not the "meaning of life", but the feeling that you are living your life meaningfully. Do what you think is important to you.
