Tasty: Homemade Strawberry Cake
You only need a few ingredients and very little time for this quick treat.
Strawberry season is almost over, so it is worth using them to the extreme. We assume that you have already prepared strawberry jam, and maybe you ate quite a bit. You only need a few ingredients and very little time for this quick treat. Children will be pleased about it, although adults are not immune to the combination of biscuit and strawberries, so it won't be long before they ask you to make it for them again.
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 200 g ground biscuit
- 150 g butter
Filling:
- 400 g cream cheese
- 150 ml of sweet-sour cream
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Decoration:
- 200-300 g of strawberries

Preparation:
Mix the biscuit and room temperature butter with your hands. It will be crumbly, but that's the way it should be. Dip the mixture into a round mold 20-24 inches and bake at 400 °, 10-15 minutes, until slightly browned. In one bowl, whisk the sweet-sour cream, in the other mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, and cream cheese to make it creamy, then transfer to the sweet cream and mix everything well to combine. When the crust has cooled completely, pour the filling over it, flatten and add the sliced strawberries on top. Leave the cake in the fridge overnight to cool down and set.
