Whether you enjoy a warm bowl of tomato soup as a side dish or a main course, it is good to know that tomato soup is much more than a delicious meal. First of all, tomato soup can help you improve your daily vegetable intake. It is also full of water that helps you stay hydrated, and there are fibers that give you a feeling of satiety.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 500 ml of mashed boiled tomatoes
  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of dry herbal spice
  • parsley
  • pepper
  • pasta

Preparation:

Fry finely chopped garlic in a pan on heated oil for about a minute. Immediately add flour and stir. Remove the pan from the heat and gradually add the tomatoes, stirring constantly, so that no lumps form. Add water and return to cooking. Add pasta immediately (optional). Then add sugar, parsley (dry or fresh), and finally pepper. If the soup is thinner, dissolve a teaspoon of starch in a little water and add it to the boiling soup.
