The next season of "The Mandalorian" is coming soon!

Fans who have been eagerly awaiting the premiere of "The Mandalorian" Season 3 will have to wait a little longer. After months of silence, Disney has finally revealed the premiere date for the third season of its first live-action Star Wars series, "The Mandalorian". The premiere is scheduled for the first of March 2023 on the Disney+ platform. For those who trusted the tweet from May, this date means a delay in the premiere, as it was originally announced that we can expect the new season in February 2023, but we doubt that anyone will be too disappointed.

After the couple's reunion, the third season will see Djarin and Grogu travel to Mandalore, the home planet of the Mandalorians, where the issue of "possession of the Dark Saber and the overthrow of Mandalore" will likely come to a head.

It's been a long time since the final shots of the previous season, which premiered in October 2020. However, that's not the last time we saw the central characters, as the Mandalorian and Grogu were also present in "The Book of Boba Fett", a series that aired from December 2021 to February 2022.

Disney released the second season back in 2020, which is why most of the audience that follows the series is impatient because it has already been two years since the last episode. Everyone is eager for new adventures with little Grog, better known as baby Yoda. In case you forgot, in "The Mandalorian", Grog and the Mandalorian were last seen saying goodbye to each other, while in this trailer, they seem to be reunited.

"The Mandalorian" series was received quite positively by audiences after its debut, which contrasts with the reception of the new "Star Wars" films.

Disney wants to make live-action series about several characters we got a chance to see in the second season of "The Mandalorian" series, including Ahsoka Tano, a popular character from the "Clone Wars" animated series. However, not all new titles are related to "The Mandalorian" series. This year, Disney showed the mini-series "Obi-Wan Kenobi", whose action took place between "Revenge of the Sith" and the original films, and  "Andor", whose first season just ended, and whose fans gave very positive reviews.
