Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- 250 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 80 g of flour
- 200 g of ground walnuts
- 1 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 650 ml of sweet-sour cream
- 300 g of dark chocolate for cooking
- 1 orange
- 150 g mascarpone

Preparation:
To make the biscuit, mix 8 egg whites, 150 g of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. When the egg whites become firm and shiny, without lumps, add 80 g of white smooth flour, 200 g of ground walnuts, 2 egg yolks and 1 baking powder, and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Bake the mixture in a cake tin at 325° for about 45 minutes.
Chocolate coating: heat 300 ml of sweet-sour cream to boiling, add 300 g of dark chocolate, and remove from the stove. When you mix the sweet-sour cream and chocolate, add 6 egg yolks and let everything cool down a bit at room temperature. For baked and cooled crusts, prepare a cream of 350 ml of sweet-sour cream that you will mix until it thickens, and mix 100 g of powdered sugar, 150 g of mascarpone, and juice of one orange. Arrange the crusts in a mold and spread the chocolate coating first, then the cream and so on all the way to the top. Decorate the cake with the rest of the cream and sprinkle with walnuts as desired.
