Most people who decide to diet or change their diet aim at less clothing, more energy, or building muscle. However, what we eat affects our physical and cognitive abilities. Certain foods and foods can speed up the aging of the brain, which you do not want. If you want to maintain sharpness and have concentration, it’s time to eliminate some foods from your diet or at least keep consumption to a minimum.

Added sugar

Eating too much sugar can damage memory and increase the risk of dementia. A recent study shows that children who consume too much sugar have a higher risk of obesity, hyperactivity, and cognitive problems in adulthood. Unfortunately, added sugar can be found in almost all foods, from juices and sweets to salad dressings and other foods that need to be “healthy”. To avoid added sugar, it is best to read the labels. Try to find substitutes that do not contain it, often on the labels it says sugar-free which means that there is no added sugar but sweeteners that are a better choice for your body.
