TIPS AND IDEAS FOR A PEACEFUL HOME
Creating a relaxing space is a very personal experience that, if you are not careful enough, can go in a completely different direction.
Before we start this topic, it is important to underline the following: what is calming for you, may not be calming for others!
In other words, the peaceful interior that caught your eye while you were browsing the portals may have seemed irresistible and a perfect oasis of peace at first glance, but it might not "work" in your home at all! There are various reasons for such a thing: perhaps such a scene simply does not fit your style, or it would not work due to a different orientation of the home or the amount of natural light.
Therefore, creating a relaxing space is a very personal experience that, if you are not careful enough, can go in a completely different (read: chaotic) direction. But whatever you do, always stick to a calm color palette. For many people, neutral hues, especially those found in nature, really have a calming effect because they don't distract the eye as maximalist schemes and colors can.

But for some, a completely neutral color palette is too boring and prevents them from reflecting their personality in their home. For those, we have good news: there are many ways to create a calm color scheme without necessarily sticking to beige, cream or gray shades! One of the best tips is to definitely try a minimalistic and monochromatic color scheme or to decorate with different shades of the same color.
When it comes to soothing interiors, simplicity really is the most important and essential thing. So resist the urge to clutter your living space with unnecessary furniture or decorations. Let your interior design stick to nature and minimalist style. Also, find an adequate place for all things in the interior - when each item has its right location, the home will look neat and attractive.
Finally, don't forget to surround yourself with natural elements like stone, wood, linen, or handmade items to give your home an organic, multi-layered feel.
Adding layers of texture and mixing them with green houseplants, as well as with natural materials can help create a soothing interior that must include some imperfections, even if they are " intentional ".
