Naomi Campbell is one of the most famous models of all time, and at one time she shocked many fans and caused an avalanche of comments when she admitted that she only eats once a day and that she usually has dinner at lunchtime.

The public has been wondering for years what this supermodel owes her flawless line to, and everything we wanted to know was finally revealed by Sean John, the celebrity chef who cooked for Naomi for more than two decades.

'My task is to prepare one meal a day, very simple and healthy, from the ingredients that Naomi gets herself. She is an 'ital', which is the Jamaican word for a person who follows a vegetarian diet. When she travels, I prepare her food for the trip because she doesn't like airplane food,' Sean John admitted to 'Page Six', commenting that Naomi doesn't often consume food from his restaurant.

'She does not eat foods that contain gluten and is basically a vegetarian/pescatarian. The two of us would talk several times a week and I would prepare her meals to order, which her personal driver would then drop by to pick up from me. So there was plenty of cooked white fish, which must be wild-caught, not farmed, and large portions of her favorite organic cauliflower puree. And lots of vegetables. She loves her Jamaican callaloo and fish soup,' Sean revealed that this was what her diet looked like during the pandemic days. As Sean discovered, if she does happen to order something, it is a dish that is not on the menu and is specially prepared for her. In addition to avoiding many foods, Naomi also seems to avoid spices, so she doesn't consume salt and pepper, but that's why she loves herbs. 

The supermodel said a long time ago that she only eats when she is in the mood, and even less in the summer months. 'I eat when I need to and I don't starve myself. If it happens that one day I don't feel the need for food, I don't eat but I drink water and juices. It all depends on how I feel. During the summer months and the heat, I just want to drink juices,' she admitted.
