4th season of the HBO series "Westworld" is out!
In a recent interview, Jeffrey Wright confirmed that the fourth season of HBO's dystopian series "Westworld" finished filming in December last year.
In an interview, Jeffrey Wright confirmed that the fourth season of HBO's series "Westworld" was finished in December last year. "We finished it last December, but I'm not sure exactly when it will come out." – said Wright during the promotion of the Apple TV plus series Lincoln's Dilemma. He also made it known that the story in the upcoming season will be more recognizable and closer to the viewers than what they got last season.
"Season 4 will be closer to the Westworld you've come to expect and will deal more with some of the issues and techniques that will feel familiar to us, as always. It will be very exciting,” he stated.
When he was asked about the premiere date, he stated that although he is not sure when the series will arrive, he can still say that it would be during this year. Along the way, he also gave us a little hint of what his character expects in the new season: "Bernard is still trying to figure everything out and is still part of the 'fight'." The fight continues, and Bernard is at the center of it all. It will be fun.”
The biggest question of the new season was whether we will see Dolores again, the character played by Evan Rachel Wood. In an interview, series co-creator Jonathan Nolan confirmed that "Dolores is no more there." However, this does not mean that Evan Rachel Wood is done participating in the series. "I think it's important with a series where death can be fickle - these are robots after all - to mark that occasion with Dolores. That version of that character is gone.”
Even last year, a new acting name was confirmed for the new season. That is Aurora Perrineau (Prodigal Son). Among the familiar faces, in addition to Wright as Bernard are, Thandie Newton as Maeve, Aaron Paul as Caleb, Luke Hemsworth as Ashley and Ed Harris as the man in black await us again. The series was released in June this year and you can find it on HBO.
