Get quality cocoa powder and make a delicious smoothie full of antioxidants, specially prepared for true chocolate fans. There are no added sugars in this recipe, but the only source of sweetness is ripe bananas. For this recipe, we use unsweetened almond milk instead of cow's milk. With this smoothie you can start the day, reward yourself after exercise or satisfy your hunger at work.
Ingredients:
- 350 ml of almond milk
- 100 g spinach
- 2 bananas
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend briefly, and if desired, add a few ice cubes.
- Although you can drink this smoothie later in the day, keep in mind that it is most delicious the moment you pour it from the blender into the glass.

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of nutmeg
Preparation:
- Put the frozen banana in a blender with the remaining ingredients.
- Mix into a smooth mixture, try - and if necessary sweeten with honey.
