Banana bread-it's all in the spices
For a good banana bread you will need less than an hour and the most important addition will be the spices. Read on and write down the recipe!
One confectioner shared with us the recipe for the autumn version of sweet bread with bananas
You will need:
200 g of cake flour
10 g baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
cardamom
a pinch of salt
half a vanilla pod
3 ripe bananas
150 g of brown sugar
100 g butter
2 eggs
120 g of Greek yogurt
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a bread mold measuring approximately 27 x 11 cm. Grease it and line the bottom with baking paper. Grease the edges as well. In a bowl, mix sifted flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, ginger powder, and cardamom. In another bowl, mash the bananas, add the butter and mix to combine. You can use a whisk or mixer. Gradually add sugar, eggs, and Greek yogurt. Connect the ingredients briefly. Add flour, re-stir briefly with a spatula or mixer. Transfer the mixture to the prepared mold and level its surface. Bake the banana bread for 30 minutes or until the toothpick stuck in the middle comes out dry. Leave in the mold for about 15 minutes and then transfer to the cooling rack. You can pour melted chocolate over the banana bread and decorate as you desire.
