Tom Hanks' son, Chet Hanks, said that growing up with a famous actor was not easy at all.
Only now, when he grew up, Chet became aware of many things. He stated that when he was younger, he had no one to trust and that a lot of things affected him.
-“I didn't have a strong male role model while growing up and that affected me strongly" - said the 31-year-old Chet in a video on his YouTube channel about the disrespect he experienced from his peers for his wealth, fame, and perception as "arrogant and spoiled". He added that he was judged even before people met him. Many of them already had some picture about him in their heads. Chet regularly posts photos on Instagram showing his strong body covered in tattoos. He says that many of his haters, because of his dangerous appearance, never had the courage to face him directly.
