Chicken in red sauce

Juicy chicken in tomato and paprika sauce.

Chicken in red sauce

Ingredients:

- 400 g of chicken breasts

- 600 g bell pepper

- 700 g of tomatoes

- onion

- oil

- garlic

- first

- dry herbal spice

Preparation:

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Roll it in dry vegetable spice, then put it in the sherpa in which you previously heated the oil. Fry the chicken.

Wash peppers and cut them into four parts. Add the peppers to the pot with the chicken and continue to fry at a moderate temperature.

Then add the tomatoes, which you previously washed and cut into large cubes, and the onion cut into rings.

Leave to simmer gently until the tomatoes and peppers are completely soft, about 30 minutes.

Towards the end of cooking, add finely chopped garlic and parsley to taste.
