Demi Moore strictly adheres to these rules

Demi Moore posed in different models of swimwear, and compliments were not missing: "You look great", "My eternal muse", and "Beautiful". The star of the movies "Ghost" and "Indecent Proposal" also looks phenomenal in pictures of her everyday life, so we were interested in what healthy habits she adheres to.

In her 2019 autobiography ‘Inside Out’, she revealed that she was obsessed with her weight, especially when she was preparing for the film ‘A Few Good Men’. "My job was to fit into this military uniform that I was going to wear for two months. I couldn't stop working out... I was constantly thinking about my body. I cut out carbs, I ran, I rode my bike... However, when I was preparing for a role in "Private Ryan" it was clear that I had reached my limit. When I returned home to Idaho, I realized that I had to be myself and I gave up the hard training and started loving my body".

However, Demi has not given up on exercise, but her focus is to be in shape, not to lose weight. Her trainer, Gregory Roche, said that the exercises focus on the stomach and arms. Regarding nutrition, the actress was clear: "There is no starvation, it all boils down to listening to the body. I eat when I'm hungry, I stop immediately when I feel full." The exact menu and foods are not defined, but it is very important that they consist of a large part of protein and a small part of carbohydrates.

Check out what other rules she follows:

  • Cut out fast food, sweets, and sodas
  • Keep caffeine intake to a minimum
  • Drink a glass of water before each meal
  • Cook food, do not use ready meals. That way you will consume fewer additives
  • Eat more fruits, vegetables, and nuts
  • Cut back on alcohol, but don't cut it out completely
  • Eat small portions of meat and carbohydrates. Give preference to vegetables and proteins
  • Reduce your salt intake, as it causes bloating
  • Avoid bad fats like processed oil and butter
  • Sweeteners are therefore prohibited. Although they have minimal calories, they can seriously damage the organs
