Quick and easy savory cheese pie
This quick and easy savory cheese pie recipe is a delicious and original way to serve breakfast.

Ingredients:
- packing of crusts
- puff pastry
- 2 whole eggs + 1 yolk
- 2 dl milk
- 2 dl sparkling water
- 8 tablespoons of oil
- butter to lubricate the tin
- 150 grams of fine salted cheese
- 100 grams of hard cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley, rosemary, and thyme to taste

Preparation
Beat the eggs well, then add milk and oil. Coat the tray with butter, and spread the first crust so that it passes over the edges of the tray. Pour two spoons of the egg mixture over it. Leave one crust on the side and crumple the rest well, then place over the first crust. Then pour two ladles of the mixture, and arrange the cottage cheese, grated cheese, and spices. Then cover with the crust that you put on the side, and once again pour two ladles of the egg mixture. Close the pie with the bottom crust, which hung from the edges of the pan. Pour over the rest of the mixture. Coat everything with egg yolk, then cut into pieces. Bake in the oven preheated to 400 degrees, not less than 50 minutes. When it is half done, pour sparkling water over it, then return it to the oven.
