Recipe of the day: Frying pan pie
You can serve the pie from the pan with yogurt or tea.
This pie is a perfect suggestion for breakfast or dinner, and it is especially convenient to make when you don't have or don't want to spend a lot of time preparing it. If for some reason you avoid wheat flour, you can always use buckwheat. This is one of those recipes which are mixed in one bowl and just baked. Perfect! You can serve this pie from the pan with yogurt or tea.

Preparation:
Cut red pepper, spring onion, and red onion into cubes. Grate the potatoes and cheese on a fine grater. Mix all the ingredients except the cheese in a deeper bowl. Put a little oil in a larger pan and higher heat. Pour half of the mixture, sprinkle with cheese, then pour the rest of the mixture over the cheese. Cover the pan and bake for 6-7 minutes on one side, then turn to the other side and bake for another 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
