Travel to Paris,Tuscani or Bali with films!

Traveling is the best thing we can afford because in this way we discover the world, meet new people and cultures and perhaps most importantly - get to know ourselves. And while the world is plagued by a coronavirus pandemic, many of us have taken a short break from traveling abroad, but we are always left with imagination and planning those trips that we would like to go on at least once in our lives. We can be inspired by numerous films on the topic of travel, which talk about getting out of our comfort zone and taking us to some of the most beautiful places in the world. Below we have singled out a few travel films that, if you haven’t already, be sure to check out.

MIDNIGHT IN PARIS

Midnight in Paris is a comedy with elements of fantasy, directed and written by Woody Allen, which deals primarily with nostalgia and then the historical period of modernism in Paris. The plot follows the enraptured nostalgic writer Gil (Owen Wilson) who is absolutely enchanted by Paris. In night wanderings through the romantic streets, he will meet the main actors of the Parisian Golden Age from the 1920s and get the greatest inspiration for writing a novel.

UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN

The film Under the Tuscan Sun follows the story of the successful 35-year-old American writer Frances (Diane Lane) whose world completely collapses after her husband leaves her for a much younger woman. At the urging of Patti's best friend, Frances travels to Italy and buys a large old house in Tuscany. She soon meets and falls in love with a young real estate agent Marcello, but he is married and has children. Patti, as well as a young couple, Pawel from Poland and Chiara from Italy, will soon find refuge in Frances' house. The film is based on the memoirs of the American poet, essayist and creative writing professor Frances Mayes.
