Ingredients:
o 2 tablespoons raw buckwheat
o 200g of kefir or yogurt (these two foods are rich in probiotics)
Preparation:
Wash the buckwheat in water, then strain it. Add 200g of kefir or yogurt to the washed buckwheat (of your choice). Stir and leave overnight in the refrigerator. Eat this porridge for a few weeks in the morning on an empty stomach and you will soon see how it works. You can also add fruits of your choice to the porridge - bananas, strawberries, or berries.
