Chocolate brownie with a twist: It’s neither ice cream nor cake, but it’s perfect! (RECIPE)

Certainly, this dessert will be desirable in every season - in summer with ice cream, in winter with chocolate syrup or caramel.
Thanks to this recipe, you will taste a brownie whose juicy texture is something between cake and ice cream - so we can freely say that it melts in your mouth.
It takes a total of about 60 minutes to prepare - which we believe will further motivate you to start preparing immediately.

Dough ingredients:
100g of dark chocolate, 100g of unsalted butter, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1.5 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, half a cup of warm milk, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
White cream:
200 g whipped cream, 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
For the chocolate mixture:
100 g of dark chocolate, 1/3 cup of hot milk, chocolate crumbs if desired.
- baking tray 10x5 inch
- baking time: bake preheated oven 180c for 250- 30 minutes
