Ingredients:

  • 10 bell peppers
  • 400 g of minced meat
  • 50 g of rice
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 carrot
  • 500 ml of tomato juice
  • 1 onion
  • salt, pepper

Preparation:

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, then combine with the minced meat and rice, and then add the spices. Mix everything well, and it is best to mix it with your hands so that all the ingredients combine nicely. Clean the peppers and cut their caps, then fill them with the prepared meat mixture. Make lids of tomatoes and close the stuffed peppers. Pour oil and tomato juice into the baking dish, arrange the peppers, and then add as much water as needed to soak the peppers. Cover the dish with foil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees to cook or bake. After 45 minutes, remove the foil and let the peppers bake for another half an hour. If necessary, reduce the oven temperature. Enjoy!
