How to get a flat stomach by the summer!
We all like to have a flat, enchanting stomach, especially when the weather is nice, and we are ready to do whatever it takes.
We all like to have a flat, enchanting stomach, especially when the weather is nice, and we are ready to do whatever it takes. And that's not wisdom - it's enough to avoid bloating foods, drink enough fluids, and do some exercise here and there.
Exercises
If you do abdominal exercises every day, and you do not see any results or your stomach is round and plump, a simple and practical exercise "deep stomach" will help you the most. The secret is in retracting the upper and lower abdomen at every opportunity and whenever you remember. Alternately relax and retract your stomach as you walk down the street, wait for the bus, sit at a lecture, or in the office.
Hydration is mandatory
Don't forget to drink enough water throughout the day, because water plays an extremely important role in digestion. Water allows food to be dissolved and thus helps the stomach and intestines by facilitating digestion.
Diet - what to eat?
Include foods on the menu that contribute to the melting of fat deposits on the waist and you will notice the difference very quickly. Consume lean meat and all kinds of fish, soy and nuts, wholemeal bread and pasta, green vegetables, raw or cooked, root vegetables: carrots, radishes, leeks, celery, onions, dried and seasonal fruits, olive oil, herbs: parsley, basil, mint, rosemary, dark chocolate, provided it contains at least 75% cocoa.
Avoid very salty and sweet foods that retain water in the body, refined foods - white bread, rusks, dairy products - even low-fat, because their fermentation causes bloating, foods rich in saturated fats, carbonated beverages, and industrial fruit juices, animal fats.
Anti-cellulite
Self-massage has proven to be a great addition to abdominal exercises - it stimulates microcirculation, reduces water retention in the abdominal region, as well as the effect of orange peel, i.e. cellulite. Apply moisturizer, massage oil, or skin firming lotion to the entire abdomen. Gently grasp the skin between your thumb and fingers, then gently massage it from the lower to the upper abdomen in a clockwise direction. Feel free to pinch the skin, but not too hard. Repeat the procedure daily for a few minutes.
In six steps
Marla Heller, the author of Dash Diet, has devised six steps to get rid of belly fat:
* Eat three meals a day, plus three snacks
* Practice yoga or walk moderately for half an hour a day
* Go to bed earlier
* Drink plenty of fluids, avoid caffeine, drink eight glasses of water a day (vegetable juice and herbal teas have the same effects as water)
* Eat a moderate amount of salty foods
* Relax and be optimistic. Think about how positive effects are inevitable
