Three-day detox with orange

One of the most effective and very popular diets is the one with oranges and eggs. With this restrictive diet, which will surely suit all orange lovers, you lose up to one kilogram a day. This diet, or three-day detox, naturally reduces fat in your body and cleanses your skin, making it radiant.

Since our diet changes a lot during the diet, we usually strictly abstain from 'hated' carbohydrates during this period, then we lose a lot of fluid, but also reduce muscle mass. That is why such restrictive diets will not be successful in the long run, because the body will not be able to withstand so much effort and calorie deficit, but this three-day detox will refresh your body and fill it with new energy.

This diet is not suitable for those who are not overweight. If you fall into this category, and still want to try, you can do so in a milder, customized version and with the obligatory consultation with a nutritionist or doctor.

During this diet, the first-morning meal is always the same: one orange (or one pear, peach, a slice of watermelon, or melon), two toasts, and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

First day

Lunch: orange, boiled egg, sour milk, or yogurt

Dinner: two tomatoes or two decilitres of tomato puree, 2 boiled eggs, a small head of lettuce or cucumber, and two rusks

Second day

Lunch: orange, egg, sour milk, two toast

Dinner: 125 grams of minced beef, tomato or a deciliter of tomato puree, toast, a cup of tea or coffee

Third day

Lunch: orange, boiled egg, sour milk, a small head of lettuce

Dinner: 125 grams of minced meat, orange, toast, and a cup of coffee or tea.

 So, if you have a weight problem and you love oranges, this is a perfect way to detox your organism and weight loss.
